Managing PartnerOriginally from Albany,NY Paul moved to Atlanta, GA in the early 1980’s and began working for the now nationally acclaimed Pano Karotossas of the Buckhead Life Restaurant group. After a 12 year relationship including key roles at Buckhead Diner, The Atlanta Fish Market and Chops, Paul opened his own highly successful restaurant Gastronomia in Sarasota, FL.
Moving north once again in 2000, Paul had the good fortune of heading up McGuire’s restaurant before accepting a partnership with David White in Creo restaurant where he hopes to showcase his passion for food, service, and people.
